DEFINE FUN - FORM with Alexz. 

Another entertaining yet challenging class. In this class you will need a stool or chair and some 1 or 2KG hand weights. I am going to focus on all your muscles and lots of core, with the continuous conversation of how you may all find me annoying you know just to keep things entertaining. I love you.

MY DUMPLINGS - FORM with Alexz.

My babies - this class will be focusing all on our bums so please brace yourself. Yes its only 20 minutes but it is very challenging and I am always over dramatic. Enjoy - tell me how you go & how much you love my blue outfit because that is most important. 

ITS AS HARD AS YOU MAKE IT - FORM with Alexz.

Here we are again - I actually just had a shower and am definitely in the mood to get sweaty again. This class  all you need is a chair or stool and some hand weights. I have made this class a barre styled class, just to keep always mixing things up for you my baby darlings.

RICE PAPER ROLLS - FORM BURN with Alexz.

A class discussing all things rice paper rolls and thin nails. This class is going to focus entirely on your arms and core. You will need your yoga mat and some small hand weights. This class only goes for 20 minutes and is definitely not easy. Enjoy.

BOUNCE WITH ME - PACE with Alexz.

In this class I really felt like moving so there is quite a bit of bouncing, if you don't want do to the bouncing I have given modifications for you. All you will need is two hand weights, I am using 2kg hand weights. We are going to make it a little more simple in todays class and do three stations cardio and 3 stations are going to be focusing on your arms. x 

BOOKS OR BURPEES - PACE with Alexz.

Todays class I wanted to mix things up a little, because well we don't do normal and I never want these classes to get boring for you. So we are incorporating a book, yep - a book. We will be focusing on all your muscle groups and incorporating the book to challenge your posture in each exercise. To date, this still has to be one of my favourite classes. 

NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS - PACE with Alexz.

In todays class you are listening to my New Years Resolutions and I will be torturing you with lots of legs and lots core moves. We will not be taking breaks today but if you really, really feel like you need one I will allow it. You don't need any equipment today just your gorgeous body and a yoga mat. 

MARIO MOVES - PACE with Alexz.

Another day, another PACE class. In this class we will be focusing on an overall body workout, targeting all your muscle groups. Again you will not need any equipment just your yoga mat. I will be singing throughout the class to Mario, so I apologise in advance for the eardrums that may burn during this class.

TRAY OF MARGIES - HUSTL. HIIT with Emily. 

Another class with me, Emily. This class we will be doing a HIIT workout, it will be about 30 minutes and I am going to focus on your entire body. You will need a set of two hand weights, you can use 1KG or 2KG hand weights. I will be offering modifications throughout if the moves are too similar to death. See you on the mat my babies. 

BEYONCE HAIR - HUSTL. HIIT with Emily. 

In todays class we are doing a full body burn. We are doing a ladder timed workout which is one of my favourite styled workouts. You won't get many breaks in todays class but if you need one you are allowed to take on. All you will need today is two hand weights, you can use a 1KG or 2KG pair of hand weights. 

BACK REACH - HUSTL. HIIT with Emily.

In this class we are doing a TABATA class with a minute challenge between rounds. You will not need any equipment today just a yoga mat or a towel on the floor if you do not have. In todays class there is a bit of bouncing but if you don't feel like bouncing I will give you modifications throughout. I can't wait to get sweaty with you all. Enjoy x 

SCRAMBLED EGG - HUSTL. HIIT with Emily.  

In todays class we will be doing TABATA, you will need just one dumbbell that is 2 - 4KG in weight. If you don't have a dumbbell get creative, you can use a book, a jug of water etc. I am in the mood to move, so get ready to get sweaty.

PRE & POSTNATAL CLASSES

HOLA MUMMA - P&P FORM with Kika.

This is a pre and postnatal safe FORM class. In this class you will need two hand weights 1KG or 2KG will be perfect, a yoga mat and a light to medium resistance booty band. If you do not have all of these items please do not worry, do the class with whatever equipment you may have. Today is going to be a hard class but you and bambino can do it. 

ANGELS - P&P PACE with Emily. 

This class is a pre and postnatal safe PACE class, we will be focusing on all our lower body in this class. You will need a small couch pillow and a yoga mat. If you do not have a small couch pillow you can easily do the class without. Please listen to your body and keep your heart rate at a comfortable level. I am excited to do this workout with all of you. 

LISTEN UP - P&P FORM with Kika. 

This class is going to be a barre inspired FORM class. It is pre and postnatal safe, I will be focusing on working your entire body in a gentle yet efficient way. If you need to take a break please do so, listen to your body & focus on engaging your muscles. Although this is a lower intensity class it is still hard so get ready for a challenge. 

PPANDP - P&P PACE with Emily. 

In this class we are going to be doing a low intensity PACE class. All you will need is a yoga mat with two hand weights either 1KG or 2KG will be perfect. Please do this class at your own pace, listen to your body, stay focused on your form and enjoy your workout.

UPPER BODY - STRETCH & RELEASE with Kika. 

This is a stretch and release class focusing on the upper body. We will be holding a variety of stretches to help release any tension throughout your upper body. The class pace is slow, encouraging you to be mindful. 

INHALE & DETOX - YANG with Jordanna.

This classes main purpose is detoxing your main organs, focusing on your breath and stretch to release any toxins. This practice is great before a challenge or after a long weekend. In this class you will need various items that you can find around your home. 

LOWER BACK - STRETCH & RELEASE with Kika. 

This class focusing on a lower body and back release. In todays class you can use a small pilates ball, small pillow or towel. Each pose is held for a specific length of time teaching you to breath through moments of discomfort while your muscles and body slowly release and relax. 

HEART & HIP RELEASE - YANG with Jordanna. 

This class will be focusing on opening the heart - releasing emotions of stress and anxiety. It wills focus on opening through the hips, helping cause relief for those whom suffer with tight hips, sore lower back or overactive hip flexors.
